Returnable

- • Sale or limited-edition items
- • Used, worn, or altered pieces
- • Returns after 7 days

Write to hello@tinyluxe.studio within 7 days with your order ID and reason.

Approval
I'll reply within 1 working day with a return authorization.

Pack
Re-wrap the piece in original packaging with all inclusions.

Pickup
Reverse pickup arranged at your address (where serviceable).

Refund
Refund processed within 5–7 days of receiving the piece.
Refund timing
- • UPI / Wallet — 1–3 working days
- • Card — 5–7 working days
- • Net banking — 5–7 working days
- • COD — bank transfer to your account
Damaged on arrival?
Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. I'll re-make or refund — your choice — and arrange a free pickup of the damaged piece.
