Processing
2–3 working days for ready-to-ship. 7–14 days for custom orders.
Domestic
3–6 days across India via trusted couriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC).
International

Dispatch timelines
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 2–3 working days after your order is confirmed. Custom and made-to-order pieces follow the timeline shared in your brief approval — typically 7–14 working days, longer for intricate inclusions.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your parcel leaves the studio. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page using your order ID.
Delays
Couriers may occasionally run late due to weather, holidays, or regional disruptions. If your parcel hasn't moved for 5+ days, write to hello@tinyluxe.studio and I'll personally chase it for you.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If a parcel is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbours and the courier within 48 hours. For confirmed lost parcels, I'll re-make and re-ship at no extra cost.
